Program: SHE BUILDS by GREVIX
Effective Date: To be announced
Program Commencement: December 1, 2026

Welcome to SHE BUILDS, an initiative by GREVIX designed to help participants explore ideas, collaborate with others, develop meaningful projects and learn through practical experience.

By applying to or participating in SHE BUILDS, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before joining the program.

01

About the Program

SHE BUILDS is a project development and open innovation initiative organized by GREVIX. It aims to provide a structured environment in which participants can develop original ideas, collaborate with teammates, receive guidance from industry experts and work with the GREVIX team.

The program is organized around three stages:

  • Month 1: Explore. Develop, refine and present your idea while exploring its potential.
  • Month 2: Build Together. Form a team of up to four members and collaborate with support from GREVIX and mentorship opportunities with industry experts.
  • Month 3: Develop and Ship. Work toward a functional project, document your progress and prepare a final presentation or demonstration.

The exact schedule, milestones and deliverables may be communicated separately by GREVIX.

02

Eligibility and Participation

  1. SHE BUILDS is intended for eligible female participants who are interested in developing ideas and building projects.
  2. Applicants must provide accurate information during registration.
  3. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection or admission.
  4. Participants are expected to communicate respectfully, collaborate responsibly and contribute meaningfully to their projects.
  5. Participants must comply with applicable laws, these terms and any additional program guidelines communicated by GREVIX.
  6. Participants must have the legal capacity to agree to the applicable terms. Where a participant is a minor, any necessary parent or guardian consent must be obtained.
03

Project Ideas and Originality

  1. Participants may propose original ideas, products, platforms, applications or other eligible projects.
  2. Participants must disclose any pre-existing intellectual property, third-party code, licensed materials or other assets they intend to incorporate into their projects.
  3. Participants must not knowingly submit plagiarized work, copy another person's project without authorization or misrepresent someone else's contribution as their own.
  4. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use materials incorporated into their projects.
  5. GREVIX may request clarification about the origin, ownership or licensing of submitted ideas and project materials.
  6. Submission of an idea does not, by itself, transfer ownership of that idea to GREVIX. Ownership and usage rights are governed by the explicit project ownership terms set out below and any applicable written agreements.
CRITICAL NOTICE — FUNDAMENTAL CONDITION
04

Project Ownership and Intellectual Property

This section is a fundamental condition of participation and must be understood before development begins.

4.1 Proposed ownership structure

For projects developed under SHE BUILDS, the proposed ownership arrangement is:

50%
GREVIX Ownership
50%
Original Project Creator

The intention is to recognize the original creator's contribution while allowing GREVIX to participate as a project co-owner and development partner.

However, the precise legal meaning of this split must be documented in a separate project agreement before any intellectual property is transferred or development begins. That agreement must identify the assets covered, the rights each party receives and the treatment of pre-existing materials.

4.2 What the ownership arrangement covers

The project agreement must expressly identify which rights are included in the proposed split, such as:

  • Project source code and software developed during the program.
  • Project-specific designs, documentation and technical materials.
  • Product concepts and other protectable intellectual property created for the project.
  • Project branding, where applicable and legally transferable.
  • Rights to maintain, modify, distribute, license or commercialize the project.

Pre-existing intellectual property, third-party materials and assets that cannot legally be transferred must be addressed separately. The 50:50 arrangement should not automatically be interpreted as transferring every asset a participant owned before joining the program.

4.3 Projects involving multiple team members

Participants may form teams of up to four members during Month 2.

Where multiple people contribute to a project, the original creator and all relevant contributors must have a written agreement clarifying their respective rights and responsibilities before substantial collaborative development begins.

The agreement must explain how the creator-side ownership allocation is handled, how contributions are recognized and whether any additional ownership interests are granted to teammates.

No participant should be assumed to have surrendered their rights merely because they contributed code, design, research or other work. The relevant rights must be clearly documented and agreed upon.

4.4 Pre-existing projects

If a participant brings an existing project into SHE BUILDS, they must identify which parts were created before the program.

The ownership agreement must distinguish between pre-existing assets and new work developed during the program. Any transfer or licensing of pre-existing intellectual property must be expressly agreed upon rather than assumed.

4.5 Copyright and legal documentation

Copyright ownership, joint ownership, assignment and licensing can have different legal consequences.

Before a project is published or commercialized under the proposed ownership arrangement, GREVIX and the relevant creators must execute an appropriate written agreement that establishes the intended rights and obligations under applicable law.

05

GitHub Repository and Development

  1. The official repository for each selected project will be created and maintained under the GREVIX GitHub organization or account designated for the program.
  2. Participants must use the designated repository for the project's official development unless an alternative is approved by GREVIX.
  3. Repository access will be granted according to project roles, security requirements and the participant's responsibilities.
  4. Participants must follow reasonable version-control practices, maintain clear documentation and avoid committing credentials, API keys, passwords or confidential information.
  5. Participants must not delete, transfer, privatize, fork for unauthorized purposes or materially alter the official project repository in violation of applicable project agreements or program policies.
  6. Repository administration does not, by itself, determine legal ownership of the intellectual property in the repository.
  7. The applicable repository license must be selected and documented before the project is publicly released. Participants must comply with the conditions of all third-party dependencies and licenses.
06

Industry Mentorship and GREVIX Guidance

  1. GREVIX may facilitate opportunities for participants to receive guidance from industry experts, professionals and experienced contributors.
  2. Industry experts will provide mentorship according to their availability and individual schedules. Mentorship is not necessarily continuous, immediate or available at fixed times.
  3. Participants may be required to schedule sessions in advance, prepare questions, share progress and attend meetings at mutually agreed times.
  4. GREVIX will make reasonable efforts to coordinate mentorship opportunities, but cannot guarantee the availability of a particular mentor or a specific number of sessions unless expressly confirmed in writing.
  5. Mentors provide guidance, feedback and professional perspectives. They are not automatically responsible for completing participants' projects or guaranteeing technical, commercial or career outcomes.
  6. Participants are expected to respect mentors' time, communicate professionally and act on feedback where appropriate.
  7. Mentorship does not create an employment relationship, agency relationship or partnership between a participant and a mentor.
07

Collaboration With the GREVIX Team

  1. The GREVIX team may provide project guidance, feedback, coordination, technical suggestions and assistance with collaboration.
  2. The nature and extent of support may vary depending on project requirements, team capacity and program timelines.
  3. Participants are responsible for their own contributions, decisions and deliverables.
  4. Participants should communicate blockers, changes in project direction and concerns promptly.
  5. Guidance from GREVIX does not guarantee project completion, funding, investment, commercial success or acceptance by any third-party organization.
08

Participation and Deliverables

  1. Participants are expected to make reasonable progress throughout the program and communicate any significant delays.
  2. Project milestones, submission requirements, demonstrations and review dates may be established separately.
  3. Participants must submit work that accurately represents their own contributions and those of their teammates.
  4. GREVIX may request progress updates, repository reviews, demonstrations or project documentation.
  5. Repeated non-participation, failure to communicate or serious violations of program requirements may result in a review of continued participation.
  6. Any decision to remove a participant or terminate their access must be handled consistently with the applicable project agreement, particularly where the participant has contributed intellectual property.
09

Withdrawal and Removal From the Program

  1. Participants may request to withdraw by notifying GREVIX in writing.
  2. Participants should document their current work, outstanding responsibilities and any relevant handover information before leaving.
  3. Withdrawal does not automatically transfer or cancel intellectual property rights that have already vested under a valid agreement.
  4. If a participant leaves a team, the handling of their existing contributions, repository access, confidentiality obligations and continuing rights will be governed by the applicable project agreement.
  5. GREVIX may suspend or terminate participation for serious misconduct, fraud, harassment, plagiarism, unauthorized disclosure of confidential information, security violations or other material breaches.
  6. Where appropriate, GREVIX will provide an opportunity to address a concern before making a final decision, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary for safety, security or legal compliance.
10

Confidentiality and Public Disclosure

  1. Participants must respect confidential information shared by teammates, mentors, GREVIX or external collaborators.
  2. Confidential information must not be disclosed to unauthorized individuals without permission, except where disclosure is legally required.
  3. Participants should not publicly share another person's private information, unpublished work or confidential project materials without authorization.
  4. Participants may showcase their own work and contributions subject to the applicable project agreement, confidentiality obligations, third-party rights and any reasonable publication restrictions communicated in advance.
  5. Any confidentiality restriction must be clearly identified. Participants should not be expected to treat publicly available information as confidential merely because it relates to the program.
11

Publicity, Attribution and Portfolio Use

  1. GREVIX may showcase participating projects, project demonstrations and program outcomes through its website, social media, events and other promotional channels, subject to applicable rights, permissions and privacy requirements.
  2. Participants must be accurately credited for their contributions wherever reasonably practicable.
  3. Participants may request appropriate attribution for their work and may use their own contributions in portfolios, resumes and professional profiles, subject to confidentiality obligations and the applicable project agreement.
  4. Use of a participant's name, photograph, personal story or other identifiable information for promotional purposes must be handled with the necessary consent.
  5. Participants must not imply that GREVIX, a mentor or another organization endorses a product or statement without authorization.
12

Open-Source Contributions and Third-Party Materials

  1. Participants must respect the licenses of open-source libraries, frameworks, datasets, models and other third-party materials.
  2. Projects must not incorporate materials in a manner that violates copyright, licensing restrictions, privacy rights or other applicable legal requirements.
  3. The choice of an open-source license for the final project must be compatible with the project's ownership arrangement and all applicable third-party licenses.
  4. Public release, relicensing or commercialization must follow the rights and approval procedures set out in the applicable project agreement.
  5. Participants must not introduce malicious code, unauthorized tracking, harmful software or materials that infringe another person's rights.
13

Ethical Conduct and Project Safety

Participants must:

  • Treat teammates, mentors, organizers and other participants respectfully.
  • Avoid harassment, discrimination, intimidation and abusive conduct.
  • Respect privacy, consent and information security.
  • Avoid misrepresenting project capabilities, data, results or user feedback.
  • Refrain from submitting unlawful, deceptive or deliberately harmful projects.
  • Report serious security incidents, conflicts of interest or misconduct through an appropriate GREVIX contact.

GREVIX may review reported violations and take proportionate action consistent with these terms and applicable agreements.

14

Financial Matters and Commercialization

  1. Participation in SHE BUILDS does not automatically guarantee funding, a stipend, investment, employment or monetary compensation.
  2. The proposed 50:50 ownership arrangement must not be interpreted as a 50:50 revenue-sharing arrangement unless the applicable written agreement expressly says so.
  3. Any revenue sharing, licensing fees, profits, expenses, fundraising proceeds, acquisition proceeds or other commercial arrangements must be defined separately in writing.
  4. The project agreement should establish how commercialization decisions are made, who may approve licenses or sales, how expenses are handled and how disputes about commercial use are resolved.
  5. Participants must not make financial commitments or enter into contracts on behalf of GREVIX without appropriate authorization.
15

Privacy and Personal Information

  1. Information collected during registration and program participation will be handled for legitimate purposes such as application review, program administration, communication, mentorship coordination and project management.
  2. Participants should provide only accurate information and avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive personal data.
  3. Personal information should be accessible only to people who need it for authorized program purposes.
  4. Any collection, retention, sharing or deletion of personal information must follow the applicable privacy notice and relevant data-protection laws.
  5. Participants may contact GREVIX to ask questions about their personal information or to exercise rights available under applicable law.
16

Disclaimers and Limitation of Responsibility

  1. GREVIX and its mentors provide educational guidance, collaboration opportunities and project-development support.
  2. Unless expressly agreed in writing, no guarantee is made regarding a project's technical feasibility, commercial success, funding, adoption or future profitability.
  3. Participants remain responsible for evaluating advice, testing their work and complying with applicable laws and third-party obligations.
  4. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
  5. Any limitation of liability must be reasonable, clearly stated and consistent with applicable legal requirements.
17

Changes to the Program

GREVIX may make reasonable changes to program schedules, mentorship arrangements, submission requirements and operational procedures where necessary.

Material changes affecting intellectual property ownership, licensing, commercial rights or other fundamental participant rights must not be imposed retroactively merely by updating this webpage. Such changes should be documented through an appropriate written agreement and accepted by the affected parties where required.

18

Dispute Resolution

Participants should first attempt to resolve program-related concerns through respectful communication with the GREVIX team.

Where a dispute concerns project ownership, intellectual property, licensing, revenue or a participant's withdrawal, the parties should refer to the applicable signed project agreement.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the parties may pursue the dispute-resolution procedure established in that agreement, subject to applicable law.

The governing law and jurisdiction must be specified in the final legal documents after appropriate legal review.

19

Acceptance of Terms

By applying to or participating in SHE BUILDS, participants acknowledge that they have had the opportunity to review these terms.

The proposed 50:50 project ownership arrangement must also be set out in a separate, appropriately executed project agreement before the relevant rights are transferred or development begins.

Where a participant is a minor, the necessary parent or guardian involvement must be obtained for any agreement requiring it.

20
